9-30-19 Women's Locker Room [Washington DC]

The click of heels on tile was heard before the locke room door opened and new superstar Dia Banks entered the room. She glanced around the other members of the room, a smirk on her face as she headed towards her locker.

Serena was on her own as she put her things into a locker. She was not set to compete, so she was still in street clothes. Hearing someone enter, she glanced over at the door as Dia entered.

Dia looked Serena up and down, trying to take in the other woman's appearance. She knew that Serena would be an enemy down the road, but for now Serena could be considered as a friend. "Serena Evans, right? I've seen some of your work. You're good."

"Uh, yes," Serena said with a nervous smile. "That'd be me, thank you. And...you are?"

There was a bit of Dia that felt offended. Who was she? Did this girl not recognize her face? On the other hand, however, Dia felt that this would be the perfect chance to get to know her future opponent without much of a thought being given. "Oh, my names Dia. I'm Colt's friend. He sent me in here to look for Kelani. I guess I'll just wait here?"

"Colt? Oh yes, Odessa's friends with all them, " Serena replied with a smile. She hadn't seen the introduction from the last show and was clueless about her opponent.

"Are you friends with all of them?" questioned Dia as she leaned back against one of the lockers, a smirk on her face. "Or do you stay away from 'em?"

"No...I'm not, but the others are," replied Serena.

"Odd that a tag team partner wouldn't be as close to the same people," Dia shrugged with a smile as she opened up her locker. "So. Who are you close to back here? Who do you hang out with?"

"Well...they're a bit more open than I am," Serena shrugged. She hesitated before admitting. "I was close to... to Terryn. Before NCWA."

Bad relationships were no joking matter, but Dia knew that the information could be easy to use later on if they needed to fight. "You guys date?"
