9-30-19 Catering [Washington DC]

Spud gave a small sigh as he pushed the food around his plate. He knew that since his and Dalton's loss to Warrior's it would send him back to the end of the pack; however, it didn't make him feel any better. Having nothing to do on the show was growing to be a reoccurring thing since the debut of the new tag team.

"Hey!"

Terryn couldn't help himself as he spotted the lone tag team competitor, smirking as he came closer, stopping just out of Spud's reach.

"You appear to be missing something. Or..." he commented as he gestured at his waist to indicate a title belt, then glanced around. "Actually you seem to be missing a few things. Like your tag partner for a start. And that other colourful idiot."

Spud glanced over when he heard someone call out to him. He rolled his eyes when he noticed it was Terryn. The group calling themselves Ollipheist had been nothing but a thorn in everyone's side. It was infuriating, so very infuriating.

"Oh yes I am missing something, how bloody astute you are," Spud rolled his eyes as soon as the title gesture was made. "I'm waiting on my Egan. As for Dalton, he has other things he needs to have his mind on this week. I promise you that much."

"Yeah, the 'colourful idiot'. Quite good looking, but too childish for me," Terryn said with a shrug.

"Egan is also taken," Spud spoke up, something that he often had an issue doing for himself. "He's my fiance. He wouldn't want you even if you were interested."

"No, he definitely would not be," Egan said as he reached them, frowning. "Clear off!" he snapped at Terryn, waving a hand dismissively.

Terryn looked offended, but did not respond, hurrying off to talk to someone else.

"Bloody vultures around here..." Egan muttered before putting a hand on Spud's shoulder. "You alright?"

Spud gave a kind smile, "It wasn't something I couldn't handle myself, lovie. I'm not too weak that you have to look out for me every second of every day."

"I know, " Egan replied. "But he's in the way of where I want to sit," he added with a huff.

Spud chuckled and reached for Egan's hand, squeezing it gently. "You know your spot is always by me. Always. That's what the ring means."

"Oh I know, don't worry," Egan said before flashing a grin. "That's one thing I DO get..."

Spud laughed and kissed Egan gently, "I'm glad to see you here. Missed you."

"Sorry," Egan said softly. "Alice ended up bringing Seth along. Hard to get him to shut up once he starts," he explained with a chuckle.

"Seth's a good man. I'm always happy to listen to him when he gets going," Spud agreed, leaning into Egan's side. He pressed a kiss to his fiance's cheek, "They gonna watch the show tonight?"
